Let’s look back at a challenging, but overwhelmingly positive 2021!

Well, what a successful year we have had at CBR! We are so proud of our accomplishments, relationships, and partners. 2021 has been tough for obvious reasons but having the support of a fantastic team has certainly made me feel optimistic and inspired on those more challenging days.

I couldn’t be prouder of how our team pulled together to grow the business and help all the candidates and industry-leading organisations we have worked with throughout this year. We are so lucky to have such motivational clients to help us stay at the top of the game.  We have filled a record number of positions, firmly established a growing number of net new clients, successfully expanded our talent pool and introduced new services that will enable us to better support our clients moving forward into 2022.

A month-by-month 2021 summary

  • January

January started in lockdown, so the team was in full swing working remotely. We focused on our Coaching Services and how we could offer support for people looking to enhance their interview technique.

  • February

In February we gave advice on getting hired and how to progress your career in 2021 with some top tips to get candidates started.

  • March

The month of video, we offered our advice on how to come across well on video even if you hated the camera (the secret is, most people do!)

  • April

In April we discussed how to progress your career in cyber security, learning from our experienced professionals.

  • May

In May we discussed some tips to help organisations structure their recruitment process for success. Take a look at our blog structuring your recruitment process.

  • June

In June we talked about how the Interview process has changed and how that can actually be a good thing.

  • July

Resourcing as a Service has become a growing trend in recruitment and we looked at the benefits of this in our July blog.

  • August

The importance of ensuring an inclusive environment within your company was the discussion point for August.

  • September
    In September we celebrated women in cyber month and we talked about the successes of women in the industry. and the team were over-joyed to support Ludi when she completed the marathon.
  • October

In October we raised the important topic of is uncertainty affecting the talent of tomorrow? and what can be done to mitigate against it.

  • November

Take a look back at last month where we discussed the importance of a great Linked In profile.

  • December

Christmas party time, we will be making the most of celebrating a successful 2021!
